Your Legal Right To Justice

If you have been injured, you have a legal right of access to justice through a civil jury trial according to the Texas Constitution of 1876:

“The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate … All courts shall be open, and every person for an injury done him … shall have remedy by due course of law.”TEXAS CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE I [1876]
